  • Goods: Items offered for sale on our website.
  • Orders: Requests made by you to purchase Goods from us.
  • Service: Refers to our website.
  • Website: Refers to SK Traders, accessible at www.guptasktraders.com.
  • You: The individual accessing or using the Service or the legal entity on whose behalf the individual is acting.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your Order within 3 days without providing a reason. The cancellation deadline is 3 days from the date you received the Goods or when a third party (not the carrier) takes possession of the product.

To exercise your cancellation rights, please inform us through a clear statement via:

We will process your refund no later than 3 days from when we receive the returned Goods. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the Order, with no fees incurred.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The Goods were purchased within the last 3 days.
  • The Goods are in their original packaging.
  • The Goods do not include sanitary wares or paints.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Goods that are unsuitable for return due to their nature, rapidly deteriorate, or have expired.
  • Goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions at our discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods to us. Please send the Goods to the following address:

We are not liable for Goods damaged or lost during the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the Goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
